From a team brainstorm with Sam Stoney and Tom Judd came the idea behind ‘Festive Wanders’, an animation challenge created by Animade. We wrote the challenge together and I created a set of four walk cycles to encourage people to participate to the challenge no matter what techniques they would like to use!
My first Festive Wanders being very loved by our team, it became the main mascot of the Festive Wanders project! After this, I got to design the Festive Wanders instructions for Animade's website and all the instagram branding.
To inspire our team, I shared a sheet of many little characters I had sketched for them to use and animate.
'Festive Wanders' became 'Animade Frames', and is still used in workshops organised by Animade!
